Data collected

The data collected through the contact form (name, email address, phone number, subject and message) is used solely to respond to your enquiries. It is neither transferred nor sold to third parties.

Purpose of processing

Your data is processed for the sole purpose of contacting you back, responding to your request for information and managing any business relationship that may follow.

Legal basis and retention period

Processing is based on your consent, obtained explicitly when you submit the form. Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable legal retention periods.

Applications and recruitment

Information sent through the Careers form, a job posting published on the website, or to recrutement@ifecarm-qhse.com (contact details, CV, cover letter, copies of diplomas/certificates, portfolio link, background and availability) is used solely to review your application and contact you for recruitment purposes.

These documents are securely stored in our database and private storage space (access restricted to authorised, authenticated recruitment staff only; files are never reachable through a public address). They are retained for the time required to review the application and comply with applicable legal obligations; you may request their deletion at any time by contacting us.

Resource downloads and feedback

To access our document kits (name, email address, phone number, organisation, country, role), you also provide a rating and feedback on our events and activities. This data is used to deliver the requested kit, follow up on your request and improve our content. We record which documents are actually downloaded in order to measure how useful each resource really is.

Processing is based on your consent, obtained at the time of the request. Consent to receive our publications and invitations is separate and optional: declining it does not withhold any document from you. Your data is kept for 36 months from the last contact, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time; your feedback is then kept in anonymous form, with no link to your identity.

In accordance with Beninese personal data protection law and, for European users, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data.
