What this course aims to achieve

Fun, interactive workshops to effectively raise your staff's awareness

A three-and-a-half-hour session on designing one's establishment's safety day: choosing the workshops, rotating groups through them, and getting more out of it than a pleasant day with no sequel.

Key challenges

  • A safety day that goes well on the day leaves nothing three weeks later if no action comes out of it. The event has to produce commitments, not just attendance.
  • Logistics decide everything: the number of workshops, the rotation time and the group size determine what each person will actually have done.
  • The most entertaining workshops are not the most useful: each one has to be tied to a real risk on the site, otherwise it is just entertainment.

Scope of application

A methodological session. A safety event does not count as safety training for the purposes of the employer's obligations: it supplements them without replacing them.
