Mission
Deploying the Group’s communication and digital marketing strategy, turning its expertise into reliable, accessible content and campaigns, in support of the growth of the Communication & Digital Marketing division.
Responsibilities
- Assessing digital presence and monitoring competitors
- Defining target audiences, messages, formats and channels
- Building the weekly and monthly editorial calendar
- Writing and adapting content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, WhatsApp, email and the website
- Designing visuals, carousels, short videos and event materials
- Scheduling posts and monitoring messages/comments
- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and the quality of published information
- Supporting communication for training sessions, webinars, conferences and partnerships
- Preparing forms, QR codes and registration lists
- Sponsored campaigns, subject to prior approval
- Email campaigns and lead generation
- Managing contacts in compliance with GDPR (confidentiality and consent)
- Applying basic search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Analysing statistics, reporting and A/B testing
- Managing the media library and archives
- Reporting incidents
- Responsible use of artificial intelligence, with systematic human review
Profile sought
- 2 to 4 years of higher education in communication, digital marketing, multimedia, journalism, business or equivalent
- Excellent written and spoken French (professional English is a plus)
- Good practical experience creating content for social media and multi-platform formats
- Proficiency with Canva (basic video editing skills a plus)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, digital advertising, SEO-SEA, CMS, online forms, CRM and email marketing is a plus
- Interest in QHSE, environment, energy, industry, vocational training and B2B communication
- A portfolio or work samples are a plus (not required)
