Two days to prepare crisis management at a spirits site: fire scenarios, command post organisation and communication.

Key challenges

Concentrated alcohol burns with barely visible flames and spreads fast: the cell must decide with very incomplete information.
Ageing sites have particular volumes and layouts that defeat generic scenarios.
