Be ready to have a crisis room up and running quickly

A 1h30 session to define the location, equipment and documents of a crisis room so that it is operational quickly.

Key challenges

  • When a crisis hits, the room must be up in minutes: what has not been prepared will not exist.
  • The room must serve to decide, not just to be informed: displays, contacts and a log make it useful.

Arrangements (POI, crisis unit) must be adapted to the requirements applicable to the site, sector and country concerned, particularly for regulated industrial facilities.
