What this course aims to achieve

Read and use GHS, labelling and safety data sheet information to support chemical-risk prevention.

A tailored course on reading a product’s label and safety data sheet and turning them into the prevention measures to apply at the workstation.

Pictograms and hazard statements are read quickly but poorly understood; people stop at the colour of the diamond.
The safety data sheet describes the product, not the use made of it: it is up to the user to make the link.
